We are passionate about supporting our clients in a way that works for them. How do we demonstrate this, well here are just a few examples:
👍Due to impaired vision or sight loss you find the paperwork difficult to read? We can offer you all documents in LARGE print, Braille and even audio files.
👍Need to break your appointments down into a few 10 minute conversations rather than one long one? That’s fine, we can take things in stages if you are overwhelmed, nervous or find it hard to concentrate for longer periods.
👍Have any level of hearing loss? You can bring someone to sign for you, or we can communicate via email & in writing regarding all matters
👍Suffer from social anxieties and visiting the office is a huge trigger? Not a problem, we can discuss everything with you over the phone, or on a video call. You never need to set a foot in our office.
👍Have a furry companion that you need to accompany you? We love animals at the office and respect them when they are working so will only cuddle them when you say we can.
👍Maybe it’s a human companion you like to have with you? That’s fine too, they can accompany you and either wait in our staff area or stay with you the entire visit.
👍Need to know where the toilets are? Its the first thing we will tell you when you come to visit us for your mortgage appointment.
👍Struggle understanding numbers? We will present everything to you in a straight forward and calm pace, adopting visual aids such as graphs, images etc if that works for you.
👍Perhaps you have difficulty reading, we can chat through most of the paperwork and provide all documents via audio files.
